Putty Powder Vertical Mill common faults and solutions

Too thick or too fine

Cause: The air volume is not appropriate, or the analyzer speed has not been adjusted properly.

Approach:

  • Adjust the analyzer speed.
  • The product is too thick: When the adjustment of the analytical machine can not achieve the desired effect, the valve of the inlet of the small blower should be properly closed.
  • The product is too fine: stop the analyzer from turning or remove the analyzer.
  • Increase blower speed.

The host stops frequently, the machine temperature rises, and the blower current drops.

the reason:

Too much feed, a large amount of powder in the main unit blocked the air duct.

The pipe is not exhausted. The circulating air flow repeatedly rubs against the wall of the pipe to heat, so that the pipe wall is wet and the powder is bonded to the pipe wall, and finally the pipe is blocked.

Approach:

Remove air duct powder and reduce feed.

Open the residual air duct valve, the feed moisture should be controlled below 6%.

The host sounds loud and vibrates

the reason:

  • Uneven feed and less feed.
  • The upper and lower center lines of the main unit and the transmission are not straight.
  • The anchor bolts are loose.
  • The thrust bearing is disengaged up and down during assembly.
  • When installing, there is no gap in the middle of the coupling, and the thrust bearing is lifted up.
  • The material is too hard and has a large impact force.
  • The material is fine like powder, and the grinding roller and the grinding ring are directly rubbed, and there is no material layer in the middle.
  • The grinding roller is out of shape.

Approach:

  • Adjust the amount of feed.
  • Find the center.
  • Tighten the anchor bolts.
  • Check and readjust.
  • Adjust the coupling clearance as required.
  • Reduce the feed size.
  • Reduce the spindle speed.
  • Replace the grinding roller.

Blower vibration

the reason:

  • The anchor bolts are loose.
  • Poor balance on the leaves due to accumulation of powder.
  • Blade wear.

Approach:

  • Tighten the anchor bolts.
  • Remove accumulated powder from the leaves.
  • Replace the blade.

Transmission and analyzer heating

the reason:

  • The viscosity of the oil is high and the screw pump cannot be driven up, so that the upper bearing of the transmission is short of oil.
  • The analyzer runs counterclockwise, the screw pump cannot pump the oil, and the upper bearing lacks oil.

Approach:

  • Check the grade and viscosity of the oil.
  • Check the direction of the analyzer.

Roller device into the powder

the reason:

  • Cut off oil and accelerate bearing wear.
  • Long-term lack of maintenance and cleaning.

Approach:

  • Refueling at the specified time.
  • Wash and refuel regularly.

Manual fuel pump has poor oil output

Cause: Oil has been cut around the piston chamber.

Treatment: Push the grease above to the piston cavity.
