working principle

The main motor of the Gypsum Board Making Machine drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, and the hot air enters the Gypsum Board Making Machine from the air inlet. The material falls from the feeding opening to the center of the grinding disc and moves uniformly from the center to the edge of the grinding disc under the action of centrifugal force. When the roller is in the grinding area, the large amount of material is directly crushed by the rolling of the grinding roller, and the fine material is pressed to form a bed for intergranular pulverization. The pulverized material continues to move toward the edge of the disc until it is carried away by the strong airflow at the wind ring, and the larger particulate material is again dropped onto the grinding disc to continue pulverization. When the material in the airflow passes through the upper separator, the rotor blade Under the action, the coarse particles are returned to the grinding disc for grinding, and the qualified fine powder is ground together with the air flow, and is collected and discharged by the system’s dust collector to be the finished powder. When the iron block and other impurities mixed into the material move to the edge of the grinding disc, they fall to the lower cavity of the mill due to their own weight, and the scraper plate installed at the bottom of the grinding disc scrapes into the slag discharge port to discharge the machine (commonly known as slag).

Pulse Dust Collector Open System (without hot air system)

The raw materials in the raw material bin are transported by the belt conveyor with the weighing device to the hoist, and are fed into the Gypsum Board Making Machine main engine through the lock air feeding valve. There is a heat source (hot air stove) in the system, the product can be dried while grinding, save a dryer for customers who need to dry, and some of the exhaust gas carrying heat can be recycled, saving a lot of fuel costs.
