1. Reduce The Vibration Frequency Of Vibrating Screen

The vibration frequency of the shaker can be reduced by reducing the number of eccentric blocks on both sides of the shaker. According to the experimental investigation, if four eccentric blocks are reduced, the residence time of the building aggregate on the screen increases from 30s to 120s, and the mud content of the aggregate also decreases from 5.3% to 3.8%, and the mud content is improved. Therefore, the vibration frequency can be reduced by reducing the eccentric block of the vibrating screen, so as to reduce the silt content of the aggregate.

2. Increase Of Sluicing Bucket

The sludge content of aggregate can be reduced by increasing the retarding ramp. The angle steel of the vibrating screen can be perforated and fixed on the screen with bolts to reduce the sliding speed of aggregate. The retention time of aggregate in the screen can be increased by adding a slow hopper. According to the experiment, the retention time increased from 90 s to 150 s, the mud content decreased from 4.3% to 1.5%, and the mud content decreased significantly.

3. Add Drainage Pipe

The silt content of aggregate can be reduced by increasing the drainage pipe, and the drainage amount can be increased by increasing the drainage pipe, so as to increase the washing strength. According to the experimental results, after adding a drainage pipe, the drainage capacity doubled, and the mud content decreased from 1.5% ~ 1% to 1% ~ 0.2%, which can effectively reduce the mud content of aggregate.
