Case 1: aggregate processing system process 1

The process (see Figure 1) is suitable for crushing soft and low abrasive rocks, such as limestone. It is a typical process of most commercial aggregate processing systems, with simple process and less equipment configuration.

The coarse crushing adopts the bar feeder, which has the functions of uniform and stable feeding and screening; the material on the bar screen enters the jaw crusher for crushing, improving the production efficiency of the crusher and reducing the wear of the lining plate. According to the material source, the material from the bar screen can enter the regulating material pile together with the coarse crushed aggregate, or enter the desilter for desilting. The desilting before the coarse crushing can greatly reduce the waste of useful materials and achieve the purpose of desilting.

Before the medium crushing, the regulating material pile is generally set up. Due to the discontinuous and stable transportation, the regulating material pile can ensure the continuous and stable production of the follow-up process in a certain period of time and improve the utilization efficiency of the equipment. At the same time, when the coarse crushing is temporarily repaired or the oversized stone is treated, the follow-up process is not affected much.

The impact crusher is used for medium crushing. The crushed aggregate will enter the pre screening workshop, among which the aggregate meeting the specifications will enter the finished aggregate pile, the oversized aggregate will enter the fine crushing workshop, and the rest will enter the finished product screening workshop for screening, and the finished aggregate meeting the requirements will enter the finished aggregate pile.

All the coarse aggregate enters the fine crushing workshop for crushing, and the fine crushed aggregate enters the finished product screening workshop again. The aggregate meeting the specifications enters the finished product aggregate pile respectively, and the oversized aggregate enters the fine crushing workshop. The fine crushing workshop is equipped with a regulating buffer bin. In this process, the fine aggregate after medium crushing is screened out instead of entering into fine crushing. The main reason is that too much fine aggregate will fill the gap between the coarse aggregate, reduce the crushing efficiency of fine crushing, at the same time, it is easy to cause the cavity of fine crushing equipment to damage the equipment and reduce the service life of fine crushing equipment under the condition of full feeding. The pre screening process measures can eliminate this hidden danger.

Case 3: aggregate sand system process

At present, the machine-made sand mainly adopts vertical shaft impact crusher. Because the vertical shaft impact crusher has the function of shaping and crushing, there are many sand making processes. Some sand making processes take the shape of the coarse aggregate into account. This process takes the shape of the 5-10 mm aggregate as well as the sand making process (some processes take all the coarse aggregate into account Shaping of aggregates).

In this case, the medium crushed aggregate and fine crushed aggregate enter the screening workshop of finished product 1, and the finished coarse aggregate of 10-20mm and 20-31.5mm is screened out. Some of the finished coarse aggregate of 10-20mm and 20-31.5mm and all of the aggregate of 5-10mm enter the sand making regulating stockpile.

After crushing and shaping by vertical shaft impact crusher, it will enter the finished product 2 screening workshop for screening.
